William is founder and President of Wells Robinson Sundberg, Inc., Since 1983, WRS has provided better and more comprehensive tax and qualified-planning advice to small business and professional corporations.

William was born and raised in Portland Oregon, He attended Lincoln High School, competed in football and track and graduated with Honors. William attended Georgetown University, Southern Oregon College and graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor Degree in Forest Management (no, he’s not a tree hugger).

William is current a member of the following organizations:

Randy Wadsworth

Randy Wadsworth is an experienced attorney and accountant with emphasis in estate planning, taxation, and business. Randy has operated his own law firm for over ten years and has been a partner in two regional CPA firms. In addition to consulting with his own clients, Randy has sat on the board of directors of several companies in the private sector and has served companies as CEO and CFO.

Randy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University with dual majors in Business Economics and Organizational Behavior Management. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the United States Tax Court.

Michael Nicks

Michael Nicks graduated from Colorado State University in 2005 with a double major in Finance and Accounting. He went to University of Oregon and got his Masters in Accounting and CPA license in 2009.

Michael worked for a small accounting firm, Sample & Bailey in Fort Collins, CO after undergrad. After moving to Eugene, he worked at another small CPA firm, Isler and Company. At both businesses, Michael concentrated on business, non-profit, and individual tax returns. He has been through 4 busy seasons now.

In his spare time he likes to run, bike and listen to every kind of music … except country.

Kevin Sundberg

Kevin has been preparing tax returns since he was 14 years old (his father is a CPA) and graduated from Oregon State University in 1995 with a BA in Accounting. After completing his undergraduate studies in Oregon, he attended the University of Denver on a merit scholarship where he graduated with his Masters in Income Tax in 1996. In 1996, he worked at Moss Adams LLP until May 2000 when he obtained the position of Tax Manager at Louisiana Pacific until July 2001. Deciding that he liked public accounting too much, he went back to working for a small local accounting firm (where he was Manager of the Tax Department) from Sept 2001 until April 2004 when he then started his own accounting firm.

Kevin’s interests are cycling, rock climbing, running, snowboarding and doing triathlons.
